We just want to let everyone know that Dick Hannah Honda is the very best dealership we have ever dealt with in our many years of purchasing cars. Our sales agent, Natalie Smith was outstanding. She was friendly, courteous, and so very helpful. When we came in all we knew is that we wanted a used vehicle. Natalie never tried pushing us into anything. She allowed us to decide what car we were interested in test driving. Every question that we asked was answered clearly and precisely. We felt so at ease working with her, that we will definetly come back to see her again when we need that new car. I have already told others about our wonderful experience and will continue to do so. After visiting multiple dealerships, I came back to Natalie because she took time for me. She was willing to help me test any vehicle I wanted and was always quick to respond to my questions. Unlike other dealerships where I was left waiting for up to 15 minutes, rushed out the door or placed with schmucks who really didn't know the cars at all.

This evening I purchased a 2011 Acura MDX with help from Luis Rodriguez. Luis was a pleasure to work with. He showed me both of the vehicles I was interested in, and easily and honestly answered all my questions, Luis listened to my concerns around financing and sticking to the budget i had made, and was able to help me secure a monthly payment that I felt comfortable with.

Lisa (Green Team) in the service department is truly a customer advocate. She exemplifies the Dick Hannah motto "believe in nice" and she is the reason we continue on as Dick Hannah service customers. We have experienced some unusual troubles with our Honda Pilot (a Honda issue, not a dealership issue!) and Lisa has spent so much time going to bat for us. We are very appreciative of her caring and expertise. In addition, we'd like to acknowledge Tom Orahood for doing right by us even when Honda corporate was not standing behind their product as we feel they should. Then he brought out the wonderful, beautiful Ford Explorer. His sales and attitude were both top notch. He had a great attitude, and a smile the whole time I was there. Good experience. Brought our Fit in for a window switch replacement (safety recall). The staff were friendly, helpful, did their best to get us in and get to work quickly. The tech we worked with, Mike Johnson, did a great job. Nice guy, friendly, personable, funny. While working on the window switch, he discovered that our tires were dangerously worn. The dealership didn't have the right tires immediately available, so he called the tire place down the street for us, made sure they had the right tires, and told them we were coming (it was about 15 minutes to closing time). Then he got us checked out quick, so we could make it before the tire place closed. That's praiseworthy customer care: when you make sure the customer is taken care of, even when it means sending them to another business. In the long run, the earned customer loyalty and good word of mouth are well worth it.

I bought my first new car here last month. I had compared prices at TrueCar before, and was happily surprised to find that the price here was less than what the website quoted. The first day I came in, I test drove a new car with Grant Brady and he was extremely helpful, explained the financing process in a way that made sense. He really listened to what I told him about my experience of the car and ended up adjusting the seat so that on our second test drive, I felt a lot better in the car. When I came back in the next day and bought the car, I ended up working with someone else and there was a lot of pressure to buy a warranty, which I declined. They also didn't seem to have a record of the numbers they had run the day before, which made things take a lot longer than they needed to. But overall I'm happy with my purchase.
