  • We purchased 2012 Honda Ridgeline from Hanna Honda in Vancouver a week ago. Our salesperson was Fredy Segundo, if you’re looking for a new Honda or used vehicle, seek him out, you won’t be disappointed. We weren’t exactly sure which Ridgeline we wanted and we ran Fredy around pretty good bringing us trucks to look over. He was always more than willing to meet our request. Thanks Fredy!
  • I lost my car to an accident and had to replace it. I went to Dick Hannah Honda and was greeted with a smile from Fredy Segundo, even though it was a nasty rainy evening. Fredy walked us in and we started on our quest for a car to suit my needs and yet my budget. Fredy and the rest of the staff worked hard to get me my car and I had a good experience for it being my first car purchase from a dealership. Great job Fredy Segundo and Dick Hannah Honda!
  • Che was very informative. I was however disappointed to find that the passenger side of my trunk had a big scuff mark, that was not there when it wasdropped of . My husband was going to contact someone today to discuss how to get that taken care of .
    If I don’t hear from someone within the next couple of days. I will call.

  • Lewis Williams your sale representative was courteous and did everything he could to find a car in the price range and specifications I was looking for.

    Unfortunately, as we were looking for a used car with low mileage and of specific comfort for my back and driving needs - nothing was out there at the moment.

    Lewis went further checking other lots and found a possible Toyota but still hadn’t been cleared and would have ready for me to check out on Monday.

    Unfortunately I found another car here in Portland and it met all my requirements and was priced just right - I purchased the car and thus will not be coming in to see the Toyota

    Still, I want to say I appreciate Lewis and Tony who was assisting Lewis both made our visit with Dick Hannah very pleasurable.

  • I drove in without an appointment for an oil change. Though it took a little while for an agent to free up to check me in, once someone began helping me, they were great! I was offered a tire check and rotation, if needed, as well as a wash. The time was estimated at 1 hour, which was fine. I was there about 45 minutes, and the car service was complete. Great teamwork to get me in and back on my way!

  • 5 stars are not really enough to describe Nick Barnes’ commitment to his customers!! Nick is the BEST! He is an asset to the dealership. HE is the guy I will always purchase my autos from and the only person I will recommend to my friends, family and all of you that read this review. He is awesome! See him first and last. This man is genuine, respectful of your time and money and he will treat you with respect and do his best for you whether purchase new or used. Honestly, this is one man you will be glad you spoke with.

  • Completed the work as I was told. ( 1.5 hours) Simone was well handing from check in to out.
    I had a terrible experience almost six months ago with one of your female writers, so I went to purchase our Subaru Outback Limited with Dick Hannah Subaru because of their well trained and friendly service staffs. We still own Honda Pilot & Accord beside our new Subaru Outback. But I feel a little better to bring back my Hondas again.
