For two months, I was shopping for a vehicle across several towns that would accommodate my financial situation and satisfy my personal preferences. I had no luck. Feeling as though I had run out of options, I decided to visit the much dreadded Dick Hannah. After all, I had never heard one nice thing about them. After I filled out my application, I stood in the lobby anxious, emotional and overall tired of the entire process. At this point, I was fighting back tears. I had been doing this for two months. I couldn't spend another minute waiting. Several minutes later, Nick came out. He handed me a piece of paper that listed the vehicle I came in to inquire about with a very appealing price tag, an interest rate that none of the other dealerships were able to even come close to and they offered me the most money for my trade-in! I was out of there in less than two hours. They treated me great! Thanks.

What I appreciated this time, as I have every time, were the complete explanation of the service needed, and the performance of that service expertly and by the time indicated.

I recently had my alignment, recall work, and oil change done at the Vancouver Honda. I was reluctant to go there because I have heard that dealerships always find more wrong with your vehicle and overcharge. Although when Costco recommended going there I took a chance and I couldn't be happier after doing so. The job didn't take as long as they thought and they gave me a coupon for the oil change. I was impressed.
The buying experience was all about what I could afford from the beginning. There was offers of what items could be taken out of the car (mats) to help bring the monthly payment where I needed it, most dealerships are trying to add the mats and other non-included items in at the last minute! 2nd car here, will be back next time again.

Xpress service is a great convenience. I showed up, used the WIFI - internet connection to get some office work done while the service work was in progress. The service was completed on-time vs. the estimate. And the car was returned to me with the complimentary wash job. Hey, what's not to like? :-)

Nick, the salesman! Treated just like I want to be treated. Words cannot express how I hate buying a new car! St. Johns Honda in portland, OR, were up front when doing a car deal. That Honda dealership was purchased and taken away to Hillsboro. Hillsboro made an offer, but I don't trust them now. Dick Hannah WAS incredible. . . never thought Id find another dealership like that! I'll be back, to buy any future car from Nick and this dealership

The whole process was much less stressful. Knowing that the price was the best price and not having to worry "I am paying too much". I like the non-commissioned sales people too. I didn't feel the same pressure you usually feel when car buying. All dealerships should move to this model.
I am not happy with my deal but it is entirely my doing for having "challenge" credit and being an idiot. I put Chris through the ringer and he came through and got me a nicer car than I expected. I actually didn't think I would get anything. I appreciate his hard work and straightforward answers. He also put up with all my bitching and moaning which is hard for anyone.
I haven't had a service yet, still lack a few miles but I have stopped and had my car washed and a keyed scratch take out. The folks did an outstanding job on all phases including answering all my questions and if they didn't have a n answer they found someone that could I'm very impressed with the service afforded me. As soon as I get 2 or 3 thousand more miles I will be in for and oil change and service with what I have observed so far I wouldn't take it anywhere else. Ron Winter

I especially appreciated being able to see cars online, work with Scott online, through email and test, and when I came into the dealership it was quick and nothin unexpected. Darnell was very helpful - this is the first time I've purchased a car from anyone but a family member, and the first time buying anything on credit. He was helpful, attentive, even bought me something to eat from the vending machine when I mentioned that my hands were shaking because I hadn't had breakfast or lunch. He stuck around for the entire 4 hours I was here and saw me off. Based on this experience, I'd happily recommend coming here for anyone looking to buy a car.

Not only did the service take only an hour (expectation was set at 4 hours), but Che told me that I had wear left on my brakes, and they didn't need to be replaced for another 10K miles! Instead of an unforeseen expense now, I can plan for the service in 7-8 months. Very nice!
